Pass\u00e9 ce d\u00e9lai, le jeune doit l&rsquo;effectuer en r\u00e9gularisation, et ce avant son 25\u00e8me anniversaire.<br \/>Cette d\u00e9marche a pour but :<\/p><ul><li>d&rsquo;\u00eatre inscrit d&rsquo;office sur les listes \u00e9lectorales<\/li><li>d&rsquo;\u00eatre inscrit sur la liste des recens\u00e9s et d&rsquo;\u00eatre convoqu\u00e9 \u00e0 la journ\u00e9e D\u00e9fense et Citoyennet\u00e9 (JDC) avant ses 18 ans par son centre du Service National.<\/li><li>d&rsquo;obtenir une premi\u00e8re pi\u00e8ce justificative : l&rsquo;attestation de recensement.
