Qu'est-ce que le Pacte Civil de Solidarit\u00e9 (PACS)?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Le Pacte Civil de Solidarit\u00e9 (PACS)<\/strong> est un contrat. Il est conclu entre deux personnes majeures, de sexe diff\u00e9rent ou de m\u00eame sexe pour organiser leur vie commune. \u00a0<\/p>

Depuis le 1er novembre 2017, la gestion des PACS est transf\u00e9r\u00e9e des Tribunaux d\u2019Instance aux Mairies.<\/p>

Pour conclure un PACS, les futurs partenaires doivent remplir certaines conditions et fournir les documents n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l\u2019enregistrement du dossier.<\/p>

Conditions n\u00e9cessaires<\/strong><\/span> :<\/p>

– avoir une r\u00e9sidence commune sur AIGUILHE<\/p>

– \u00eatre majeurs, c\u00e9libataires et juridiquement capables (un majeur sous curatelle ou tutelle peut se pacser sous certaines conditions)<\/p>

– ne pas avoir de liens familiaux directs<\/p>

–\u00a0 la convention-type de PACTE, dat\u00e9e et sign\u00e9e des deux futurs partenaires. Le formulaire \u00e0 comp\u00e9ter est le CERFA N\u00b0 15726,<\/p>
